Our service is a one-stop-shop for all your dry cleaning needs. We offer a highly professional dry cleaning, laundry, pickup and delivery service, that is achieved from just a few taps on your mobile device.

How do I prepare for my first pickup?

Simply place your clothing into a disposable bag and our agent will transfer the bag into your very own Garment Care branded laundry bag.

Some of my garments are delicate and require special care, how do I pass this information across?

We are experienced professionals in the dry cleaning and laundry business and we know the best method of cleaning even the most delicate fabric. However for your own personal reassurance you can drop a note with instructions into your laundry bag for pick-up.

How long before my laundry is delivered?

All clean garments are delivered within 3-8 days.

Can I track my order?

Right from the moment you place your order to the moment your items are dropped off, you can track each step from the comfort of your phone. You’ll also receive SMS messages along the way.

What are the payment options?

You can either pay online through which is safe and secure or pay on pick up.

Can I reschedule a pickup or drop-off?

If for whatever reason there won’t be anyone around for a pickup or drop-off at the scheduled time or you missed your appointment.
